Overview
STUDIO JVCKSON respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website processes, why it is processed, which services help operate the site, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
Project inquiries. When you use the project inquiry form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, project requirements, timing, budget estimate, and message. Submissions are stored in Sanity and sent to the studio through Resend so we can evaluate and respond to your request.
Optional website analytics. If you allow analytics, Umami collects anonymous usage information such as page views, referrer URLs, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country. Umami states that its tracker does not use cookies, store personally identifiable information, or track visitors across websites.
Routine technical data. Hosting, content delivery, and security providers may process standard request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and consent
The site stores one strictly necessary cookie named cc_cookie for up to 182 days. It records whether you allowed anonymous analytics so the site can respect your choice.
Analytics is off by default and the Umami script is not loaded until you allow it. You can reject analytics without losing access to the site and can change your decision at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- To understand aggregate site usage when analytics consent is given.

Service providers
We use service providers only where needed to run the site and studio: Sanity for content and inquiry storage, Resend for email delivery, Umami Cloud for consented anonymous analytics, and hosting or media delivery providers for the website and its assets. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled through the Umami Cloud account. The consent cookie expires after 182 days unless you update your choice sooner.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. To make a request, use the contact link below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children
This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change affects consent choices, the site may ask you to choose again.
