STUDIO JVCKSON respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website processes, why it is processed, which services help operate the site, and the choices available to you.

Information we process

Project inquiries. When you use the project inquiry form, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, project requirements, timing, budget estimate, and message. Submissions are stored in Sanity and sent to the studio through Resend so we can evaluate and respond to your request.

Cookieless website analytics. Umami collects anonymous usage information such as page views, referrer URLs, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, collect personal data, or track visitors across websites.

Routine technical data. Hosting, content delivery, and security providers may process standard request information, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool that collects no personal data and sets no cookies. The public site does not require or display a consent banner.

How information is used

  • To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • To understand aggregate site usage.
  • To meet legal, accounting, or administrative obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to run the site and studio: Sanity for content and inquiry storage, Resend for email delivery, Umami Cloud for anonymous analytics, and hosting or media delivery providers for the website and its assets. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention is controlled through the Umami Cloud account.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, use the contact link below. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Children

This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
